Global Address List
The Global Address List is the authoritative source
on the City of Schenectady for locating people's e-mail address.
Here you can find Staff. The Global Address List (or GAL) is required
when using the Outlook Calendar.
To help locate people faster, you might find it
beneficial to make the GAL your default address book. To view

Recovering Deleted Items
A little known feature of Outlook is the ability
to recover messages that you origionally deleted or purged from
your mailbox. Once you have emptied your deleted messages folder,
the messages are not fully deleted until 30 days have passed.
This 30 day window offers users a chance to recover an accidentally
